I hold no medical degree or formal health-science training. Nothing on Biyohack.net is personal medical advice — every guide lists the sources its claims rest on (peer-reviewed papers, official health institutions, expert-authored books). See the Editorial Principles page for details.
I'm an engineer by training. My interest in health research grew out of trying to fix my own sleep, energy, and pain problems and running into a wall of contradictory information online — split between marketing dressed up as advice and academic language most people can't use day to day.
What I do on Biyohack.net is apply engineering discipline to the research process: before accepting a claim, I trace it to its source (PubMed, peer-reviewed journals, official health institutions, expert-authored books), compare it, and simplify it without losing the substance. I don't offer medical interpretation or diagnosis — I compile the literature and cite it.
